Home of the Chicago Cubs

Wrigley Field is located in Chicago, IL and home to the Chicago Cubs.  Originally built as Weegham Park in 1914, Wrigley Field was once home to the Chicago Whales.  Between 1920-1926, the field was called Cubs Park.  In 1927; however, the name was officially changed to Wrigley Field by the then owner - William Wrigley, Jr., the chewing gum businessman.

Located in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago, the field has a current capacity of over 40,000 people.  Although the Chicago Cubs have called Wrigley field home since 1916, the field has yet to see the Cubs win a world series.

The Comfort Suites of Lombard - Addison Hotel is located less than 30 miles from the Wrigley Field stadium and is the perfect place to visit while staying at the hotel!
